I am a 65 year old man .married 45 years and have frequented LUBY'S for years!! For the past 2 years or so I have noticed a decline in your staffs attitude; behind the serving line; a take it and go on- and most of all STAFF THAT JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE CASH REGISTER.

EITHER THEY DO NOT CARE, THEY TRY AND GET AWAY WITH OVER CHARGING OR THEY ARE INCOMPETENT !!!!!! My wife works for a local, close and respected Co. just down the street and have ALWAYS gotten a 10% discount on her bill ;but it was added 2x's to our bill.

TRAIN THESE PEOPLE OR WE WILL CONSIDER NOT TURNING!!!!!!!!! PRODUCT IS STILL GREAT!

IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW HAS A RECEIPT FROM LUBY'S CAFETERIA'S THAT HAS PRINTED MORE THAN 5 DIGITS OF YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR ANY PART OF THE EXPIRATION DATE, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO JOIN A CLASSACTION LAWSUIT.
